Installation and audio capabilities of the desktop version.

Get started on Windows

  1. On the Download page, choose Windows rather than the Android APK.
  2. Install or extract the selected package according to its instructions, then open SHIKARDOS AUDIO.
  3. Add your music folder and select a recording.
  4. Check the output device selected in Windows. In player settings, use only the capabilities available in your installed version.
The result

Music plays through the selected computer device. Windows build numbers are maintained separately from Android.

Adjust sound on your computer

  1. Select the speakers, headphones or USB device you want in Windows.
  2. Play your recording and make sure you hear it through the correct output.
  3. Open the sound settings and signal path available in your installed Windows version.
  4. Compare processing at the same comfortable volume. Save your settings to a file before reinstalling.
The result

Keep output-device selection separate from changes to the sound's character.
